mRNA vaccines (COVID shots) deliver messenger RNA instructing your cells to make spike protein — your ribosomes read it like any cellular message, then the mRNA degrades in days. It never enters the nucleus or touches DNA. tRNA's cloverleaf shape was worked out in 1965 — the adapter Crick predicted must exist to translate codons into amino acids.
