Jobs A(8ms), B(4ms), C(2ms) arrive together. FCFS order A,B,C: waits 0, 8, 12, average 6.67ms. SJF order C,B,A: waits 0, 2, 6, average 2.67ms. SJF minimizes average wait but needs known burst times; Round Robin with q=2ms shares fairly for interactive use.
