Q: Three fertilizers tested on 5 plots each. SSB = 120, SSW = 180. Test equal means at α = 0.05. k = 3, N = 15. df = (2, 12). MSB = 120/2 = 60, MSW = 180/12 = 15. F = 60/15 = 4. Critical F(2,12, 0.05) = 3.89. 4 > 3.89: reject H₀ - fertilizers differ!
