Q: Find the asymptotes of x²/16 − y²/9 = 1 and use them to sketch. Set RHS to 0: x²/16 − y²/9 = 0 → y = ±(3/4)x. Central rectangle: x ∈ [−4,4], y ∈ [−3,3]; diagonals are the asymptotes. Branches open left-right through (±4,0).
