Q: F is 1 at (0,1) and (1,1) only. Write SOP and POS. SOP (OR of minterms where F=1): x′y + xy. Simplify: y(x′+x) = y. (Canonical → minimal!) POS (AND of maxterms where F=0): at (0,0): x+y; at (1,0): x′+y. POS: (x+y)(x′+y). Check (0,1): (1)(1) = 1 ✓.
