Q: Is f(x) = (x²−1)/(x−1) continuous at x = 1? If not, can it be fixed? f(1) undefined (0/0). Limit = 2 (factor: x+1). Not continuous (fails check 1). Fix: define f(1) = 2 - removable discontinuity repaired!
