Q: Compute the Wronskian of e^x, e^(2x). Are they independent? W = |e^x e^(2x); e^x 2e^(2x)| = 2e^(3x)-e^(3x) = e^(3x). W = e^(3x) ≠ 0: INDEPENDENT! Abel: y''-3y'+2y = 0: W = Ce^(3x): C = 1 ✓! (Wronskian tests independence!)
