Q: For F = (x^2, y^2, z^2), find div F and curl F. div F = partial/partial x of x^2 + partial/partial y of y^2 + partial/partial z of z^2 = 2x + 2y + 2z. curl F: Ry - Qz = 0 - 0 = 0; Pz - Rx = 0 - 0 = 0; Qx - Py = 0 - 0 = 0. So curl F = (0,0,0).
