Dermatophytosis (ringworm — annular itchy — edge active: tinea corporis — body; cruris — groin; pedis — athlete's foot; capitis — children scalp — kerion: KOH — hyphae; treat — topical terbinafine — extensive — oral terbinafine/griseofulvin — capitis — oral), candidiasis (moist — oral thrush — nystatin; vulvovaginal — clotrimazole; diaper: fluconazole — recurrent), pityriasis versicolor (Malassezia — hypo/hyperpigmented — trunk: selenium sulfide/ketoconazole). The ring is dermatophyte — KOH confirms.
