Grouped painful vesicles on the lip — herpes labialis; acyclovir. Viral skin: warts (HPV — rough papules — hands/genital — condyloma: cryotherapy, salicylic acid, podophyllin — genital), herpes simplex (grouped vesicles — lips/genital — recurrent: acyclovir — early; suppressive — frequent), zoster (shingles — dermatomal — elderly — acyclovir <72h; postherpetic neuralgia — gabapentin), molluscum (poxvirus — umbilicated papules — children — atopic: curettage/cryotherapy — self-limiting), chickenpox (varicella — generalized — acyclovir — adult/immunocompromised). The grouped vesicle is herpes — acyclovir early.
